Katrin will work closely with the HCG team, as well as the firm’s clients, on the delivery of workplace and change engagements. She is part of a wider recruitment drive to not only help deliver a number of recent project wins, but also help grow and diversify the HCG brand.
Katrin previously worked at HATCH Analytics as a Business Psychologist, and looked at how humans think and connect in organisations, as well as supporting evidence-based culture and change programmes. Prior to this, she was a Research Assistant for the University of Kent.
Katrin holds a BSc in Business Psychology and a MSc in Organisational Psychology. She is a native German speaker and also speaks French.
